Obtaining and installing software for your LifeSize® product:
• To obtain software for your LifeSize product, navigate to http://software.lifesize.com, enter the serial number of the product in the text box and then click Submit. The serial number is located on the back or bottom of the LifeSize product.
• Log in to your endpoint webinterface using Internet Explorer; navigate to Maintenance and press “System Upgrade” in order to browse for the downloaded software and upgrade the system.
